Exchanges & Returns

You are able to return and exchange your swimsuit within 7 days of receiving.

If you exchange the product:

Exchange shipping is at customer cost. We suggest using your local post office with a signed-for service and ask for a tracking number so you can follow your return. We do not take any responsibility for parcels lost whilst being returned to us.
All items should be sent in original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels and hygiene protection intact. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse exchanges where it is obvious underwear has been worn.

Items bought on sale are not eligible for a return.


Refund

- As soon as the package arrives with us, we will carry out quality control of the product and subsequently, if the latter complies with the conditions listed above, we will take care of shipping a new one or refund your payment.


- Your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.

Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
